Born into a nomadic family, originally hailing from Rajasthan, Naseebo Lal grew up in Chishtian where she began exploring her vocal range by performing often at family gatherings and weddings. Not having the support from her family in the early days, Naseebo struggled to carve a name for her but not for too long. Her textured vocals, the strong accent and distinct style, soon got her the respect they deserved with numerous television appearances and countless tracks for Punjabi film industry and stage dramas.

This year, Naseebo Lal continues to add to her extensive discography as a featured artist in a debut performance on Coke Studio, Season 9.
